Al Carius (North Central College) – Al Carius has established a dynasty in cross country and track and field at North Central. His cross country teams have won 12 national titles, including three championships in a row (1997, ’98, ’99), and finished runner-up 13 times in 35 years of NCAA Division III competition. They have finished out of the top four just four times. Cardinal teams have won 34 consecutive College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Cross Country Championships and 41of 48 overall.

Tom Roderick (North Central College)
A member of the ITCCCA Hall of Fame, Tom was girls Cross Country coach and boys Track coach at St. Charles (later East).  His XC teams won State in 97 & 98. Tom is now an assistant at North Central College in both track and Cross Country.

Todd Wigginton (Olympia) – As a University of Iowa athlete, Todd was the 1984 Big Ten Champion in the Pole Vault.  After graduation he become the jumps coach at Northwestern and later Illinois State University.  He now is an Assistant coach at Stanford Olympia.

John Brumund-Smith (Antioch) – Back for his third year of speaking, John has a very simplistic way of explaining different coaching techniques.  He breaks down the events in a very easy way to understand and apply as a coach.

Jim Cramer (Grant) – Thanks to Jim, Fox Lake (Grant) has become know for their powerful throwers in the past few years.  Coach Cramer has coached 2 of the top 25 Girls shot putters of all time in Illinois.

Mike Sullivan (Peoria Notre Dame) – Coach Sullivan, a member of the ITCCCA Hall of Fame, has lead Peoria Notre Dame Cross Country Girls to a pair of Top 5 finishes in the last two years, including a 2nd place finish in 2007. He also coached the Bergan boys to State Championships in 1980 & 1981.

Brandon Heider (Eureka) -  Brandon has helped Eureka land 4 state medals in 4 years (3 different girls) in the High Jump. 

Chris Lacy (Rock Falls) – Since Chris Lacy took over as the Rock Falls Girls Coach, Rock Falls has become one of Central Illinois perennial speed teams.  His relays are always some of the best in North Central Illinois.

Jeff Ohlson (Bureau Valley) – While Jeff was a the Weight coach at Bureau Valley, he produced numerous state medallist in both the shot and the Discus including a Discus State Champion in 2001 and a Discus Runner-up in 2007.

Scott Salisbury - Scott is head Trainer at Kewanee Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists.
